What's New in the 2021 Jeep Compass?
The 2021 Compass provides the latest technology updates to
make sure you get a responsive ride. You're also going to find more
standard features to selected trims like the Compass Limited and
Trailhawk which includes adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping
assist. There's also a brand new trim: the Jeep Compass 80th Anniversary
Edition to celebrate 80 years of Jeep. It adds 19-inch wheels with
Granite Crystal coloring, plus leather seating, a power adjustable
driver's seat and remote start.
Jeep Compass Capability and Performance
The new Jeep Compass continues with its 180-horsepower
four-cylinder engine paired to either a six- or nine-speed automatic
transmission. It also is able to net you up to 32 miles per gallon on
the highway. Its compact design makes it easier to drive in the city than
some of our other new Jeep SUVs near Bethel Park, but it still has
exceptional ground clearance for off-roading. As for its capability, you can be assured that each 2021
Jeep Compass trim gives an option for 4x4 driving and offers a max towing of up to
2,000 pounds. With specialized off-road options like the Jeep Compass
Trailhawk, there's also a crawler gear ratio and rock mode for
conquering off the pavement.
Design
The 2021 Jeep Compass seats five, and is ready for any
journey you take. The Jeep Compass has a look of a smaller
Cherokee, so
Canonsburg drivers will still have a classic Jeep look with their
Compass. It has a compact design but still offers plenty of
room with 27.2 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats, and 59.8 cubic
feet of space when you fold down the rear seats. That's an ideal fit
for many as you can store in plenty of grocery items, luggage, and more.
The new Jeep Compass also has roof rack cargo rails available on top to add storage and
specialty racks, while inside you're going to find a number of different
options from its upholstery, sunroof options, and more with a variety
of trim levels.
Technology and Safety
Pittsburgh area drivers recognize the new Jeep Compass as one smart SUV. You're going to find that each new Jeep Compass offers you a
touchscreen with Uconnect and smartphone integration, along with USB
ports, hands-free and voice command, and much more to keep you connected
on the go. Like many new Jeep models, heated seats and remote start are available on the new Compass to keep you comfortable even in Pittsburgh winters, and you
can also adjust the driver's seat in many ways so as to find the
perfect position! There's also a wide range of available safety features which
includes:
LaneSense® Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist
Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking
Blind Spot Monitoring
Rear Cross Path Detection
Rear Park Assist System
Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go
Jeep Compass Trim Levels
We have many new Jeep Compass models on our lot, and the
compact SUV provides several trim levels to choose from. All share a
similar design, and all are capable in any situation, but they do
provide some options. Below, we've listed the Jeep Compass trim levels
in price low to high and discussed some of the differences between
them.
Sport
Latitude
Limited
Trailhawk
80th Anniversary Edition
The new Jeep Compass Sport trim is the base model, but it
comes standard with many great aspects, like the infotainment system.
Moving up to the Latitude and Altitude trims will provide more options,
like heated seats and larger wheels, and the Altitude trim has gloss
black accents for the roof! The Limited trim introduces a larger
touchscreen display and more standard driver-assist technologies. The
Jeep Compass Trailhawk is ideal for those with off-roading on their mind
as it has four-wheel drive standard as well as tow hooks and skid
plates. The High Altitude trim level has striking accents on the
exterior, a premium audio system, and the most extensive package of
features for a driving experience unlike any other.
