South Hills Service Department Information

 

Transportation Options

         Shuttle- The South Hills Service Shuttle runs within a 10 miles radius of South Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat and operates during normal Service Department Hours Monday through Friday.

         Rental Cars- Enterprise Rent a Car is only a few miles a day and frequently arranges drop-offs and pickups at South Hills. Please note that unless you have an existing arrangement with your insurance company this is an out of pocket expense.

Night Drop- Many of our customers choose to drop their vehicle with us the night prior to an appointment. There is a drop box with envelopes for your keys and other required paperwork (owners card or insurance card) next to the Service Department entrance and a drop slot that is checked first thing in the morning.

Technicians

All South Hills Technicians have received training and certification from the factory that produced your vehicle, are insured, and certified to perform Pennsylvania State Inspections.

Car Washes

Weather permitting we perform an exterior wash of your vehicle by request using our in-house car wash. This is by request and will not included the interior of your vehicle.

         Express Lane offers our customers the convenience of a quick lube with the confidence of factory-trained technicians and the luxuries of a modern auto dealer. Many routine maintenance services can be completed using Express Lane such as:

How to Use Express Lane

Express Lane operates during regular service department hours Monday through Friday with extended hours until 2:30pm on Saturdays. There is no appointment needed for Express Lane. Parking in the regular service lane and proceed to the desk marked "EXPRESS LANE". We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to close.

Saturday Hours

         Our Saturday Morning Appointment hours are from 8-12. 

Tire Rotations

The South Hills Value Package provides FREE Tire Rotations for the extent of ownership AND they can be done without an appointment in the Express Lane.

Nitrofil Nitrogen Filled Tires

Nitrogen filled tires have proven to allow less leakage over time, increase tire and wheel life, and allow much less fluctuation in tire pressure with drastic temperature changes. Nitrofil has been standard on every South Hills vehicle since 2013 but is also available for purchase in the service department.
