My Salesman was Charlie. He was very helpful . Some stress on trying to get there with out having pressure because there was only one vehicle. Charlie did everything he could to get my vehicle serviced and walked me through everything. I was so shocked how clean the vehicle was and the service team did amazing. Lot s of paper work, lol, but they also got me through, very patient . I wish they were closer so I could get service there . thank you.

There were some communication deficiencies, but overall the deal was good and the finance person did a good job. The vehicle appears to be excellent. Some education on the vehicle itself, and on getting set up with Jeep Connect would have been very helpful.

Overall I thought my service experience with Jim Smearman was positive. He communicated well and kept me informed and the process moving along efficiently. I did not appreciate being charged a 3% credit card fee, and only being notified of it at the time of payment. I understand that is the normal payment method these days, but with a service bill of over 2k, I think either the business should cover the cost or give you plenty of advanced notice to choose an alternative method thereby eliminating the credit card fee.
I recently purchased a 2025 jeep compass. I love the vehicle! My sales person was Eric, and he was professional, friendly, and had excellent product knowledge. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome.
BUYERS BEWARE. We recently purchased as new / used car here. Our salesman Mitch DeVincentis was nice and friendly to work with. However, after getting in the car to go home I noticed it needed windshield washer fluid, or so the alert on the dashboard showed. It was full, so I assumed a bad sensor. I took it back to have them look at it and confirmed a bad sensor that they wanted around $250 to fix as it wasn’t under warranty. The gentleman Eddie in service department was very efficient and had my car taken to the service area within 5 minutes of arriving. Check out was smooth and very pleasant from Eddie. I've always had good service at this dealership. They are very busy at this dealership. I've bought 3 cars from them and my husband has bought his cars from them.
I appreciate that the dealership confirmed the part that needed to be replaced and gave me the part number, but it is atrocious that Jeep doesn’t have the part required for me to operate the vehicle legally, can’t get it for at least 44 days, and that a headlight assembly costs over $2000. Last Chrysler product I’ll ever buy!
Please ask for Josh Rodabaugh!!! Could not be happier with the deal he was able to come up with. Very personable, and the price was even better than I initially thought I was able to get. He wasn’t aggressive or pushy, and very understanding of the situation I was in, I have bought cars from many places and he went above and beyond the standard I was looking for in a car salesman. They even have life-time Inspection for vehicles purchased from there, and first time oil change free.
The Service Department was terrific. I actually screwed up my appointment for a recall because I called the wrong dealership who told me the parts were in. When I went to South Hills, Eddie informed me of my mistake. They went ahead with the inspection so the trip wasn’t a total loss. Still waiting for the part that was at the wrong dealership to make its way up the road. This Service Department has been wonderful to us ever since we’ve moved to Canonsburg. Thanks Eddie and crew!!

Highly recommend Charlie Shaver and the ENTIRE Sales staff at South Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat! They have taken care of us every time we needed a vehicle. They truly go above and beyond to help. The purchase of a new vehicle can be stressful, but not here. We always feel like they put the customer first, as it should be. They are the only dealership we have purchased vehicles from, and we will continue to take our business there.
